- A weekly one-hour group teleconference class call to learn the principles of the Bellsai strategy.
- A weekly private 30-minute coaching session with Bellsai founder, Isabelle Johansen, scheduled at your convenience.
- Weekly class notes and exercises.
- 2 Grounding exercises: Morning and evening audio exercises (10-15 minutes), to help you relax, focus and visualize your goal for greater success.
